Boasting majestic and uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean, Sake no Hana Bali is set to arrive in Uluwatu in late 2017.

Located on the south-western tip of the Bukit Peninsula of Bali, Indonesia, Sake no Hana will offer contemporary Japanese cuisine inspired by nature and the changing seasons; featuring a la carte menus that provide a selection of charcoal grill, toban and kamameshi dishes, while sushi and sashimi are prepared-to-order at the sushi bar.

Sitting upon a 100-meter plateau overlooking the beauty of the limestone ocean floors below, Sake no Hana is just 30 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport and 15 minutes from Jimbaran Bay near the renowned Uluwatu Temple.

The open air restaurant will sit adjacent to the world’s first OMNIA Dayclub – an all-encompassing daytime experience featuring VIP areas, cabanas and a new level of service.

Originating from Mayfair in London, Sake no Hana will elevate fine dining in Bali in harmony with the stunning beauty and unique landscape of Uluwatu.
