From 20th March to 10th June, Sake no Hana is celebrating the sakura season with an art installation created by renowned British artist Rebecca Louise Law.
A limited edition Sakura menu created by Head Chef Hideki Hiwatashi will be available during this time.
The installation will cover the ceiling of the restaurant, creating clouds of natural preserved white flowers. The artwork will honour the Japanese sakura season as well as Kengo Kuma’s architectural design, giving guests a feeling of tranquillity as if sitting beneath blossom trees.
