They will also receive a gift bag on departure, including a bottle of sake and a kikichoko ‘snake eye’ sake cup.
Hosted by Christine Parkinson, Group Head of Wine for Hakkasan Group, and Anthony Rose of the Independent and The Wine Gang and Co-Chair of the Tokyo International Sake Challenge, the class will begin at 10.15am and is priced at £103.
