Sake no Hana’s Executive Head Chef Hideki Hiwatashi offers an introduction to the creation of sushi and different rolling techniques. Guests will enjoy a selection of sushi they’ve made themselves, followed by lunch, Champagne and sake. They will also receive a gift bag on departure.
The classes will be held on Saturday 2nd February, Saturday 4th May, Saturday 6th July and Saturday 7th September and Saturday 5th October.
