Sake no Hana’s Executive Head Chef Hideki Hiwatashi offers an introduction to the creation of sushi and different rolling techniques. Guests will enjoy a selection of sushi they’ve made themselves, followed by lunch, Champagne and sake. They will also receive a gift bag on departure.

The classes will be held on Saturday 10th February, Saturday 12th May, Saturday 30th June and Saturday 6th October.
