Welcome to Sake & Spice, the first edition of our new dining and mixology concept ‘A Weekend With’, where we invite both a revered chef and mixologist from the local culinary scene to collaborate in the kitchen and behind the bar of Sake no Hana for a full weekend immersive culinary and mixology experience.

For the first edition we welcome one of Bali’s favorite chefs Chris Salans of Mosaic & Spice fame along with his head bartender from Spice by Chris Salans, Bill Wirawan, to collaborate along side Sake no Hana’s Chef Hendry and mixologist Harris serving a special bespoke menu & cocktail pairing across the weekend of Sat 25 & Sun 26 January.
