Innovative, intimate and forever surprising, Omakase is a unique artistic performance by the chef.

With a menu that changes every day, our head chefs celebrate the freshest seasonal ingredients prepared using experimental culinary techniques and a dexterity borne out of a passionate love for Japanese cuisine.

The elaborate and inventive multi-course dinner is inspired by seasonality, showcasing unusual and rare ingredients sourced locally. The experience pays homage to rituals and ceremonies central to Japanese culture, including a special tea ceremony.

Priced at £135 per person, there are only six seats available at the Omakase counter and two seatings per night: at 6.15pm and 8.45pm.

There is the option to pair the Omakase menu with a flight of hand-crafted sakes, including the Tosatsuru ‘Azure’, Kubota ‘Manju’, and Kubota ‘Manju’.
